1) Mục đích & Phạm vi

Chính sách này giải thích cách CÔNG TY TNHH KKD – Ban điều hành quantritruyenthong.vn (“Chúng tôi”) thu thập, sử dụng, chia sẻ và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân khi bạn sử dụng website, cộng đồng/diễn đàn, khóa học – workshop và tài liệu tải về (gọi chung là “Dịch vụ”). Khi sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với Chính sách này.

2) Dữ liệu thu thập

• Tài khoản & Định danh: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu (mã hóa), đơn vị/chức danh.
• Hồ sơ & Cộng đồng: ảnh đại diện, tiểu sử, bài viết, bình luận, tương tác, tệp tải lên.
• Giao dịch (nếu có): thông tin đơn hàng, hóa đơn; siêu dữ liệu thanh toán từ đối tác (không lưu trữ toàn bộ dữ liệu thẻ).
• Hỗ trợ & Liên hệ: nội dung gửi bộ phận hỗ trợ, phản hồi khảo sát.
• Thiết bị & Sử dụng: IP, trình duyệt/HĐH, cookie, URL giới thiệu, nhật ký phiên, định danh thiết bị, vị trí xấp xỉ từ IP.
• Khóa học/Workshop: danh sách đăng ký, điểm danh, bài kiểm tra/bài nộp (nếu áp dụng).

3) Mục đích xử lý & Căn cứ pháp lý

• Cung cấp/vận hành Dịch vụ (tài khoản, đăng nhập, truy cập nội dung).
• Vận hành cộng đồng (đăng bài, kiểm duyệt, chống spam/gian lận).
• Gửi thông báo dịch vụ (cập nhật chính sách, cảnh báo bảo mật) và — khi bạn đồng ý — bản tin, thông tin sự kiện.
• Tổ chức khóa học/workshop và cấp chứng nhận (nếu có).
• Cải thiện chất lượng, phân tích sử dụng, bảo mật hệ thống.
• Tuân thủ pháp luật, thực thi điều khoản, giải quyết tranh chấp.
  Căn cứ xử lý: thực hiện hợp đồng, lợi ích hợp pháp (bảo mật/cải tiến), sự đồng ý (khi yêu cầu), nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

4) Cookie & Công nghệ theo dõi

Chúng tôi dùng cookie cần thiết cho đăng nhập/phiên và cookie phân tích tùy chọn để hiểu cách bạn sử dụng Dịch vụ. Bạn có thể quản lý cookie trong trình duyệt; tắt một số cookie có thể làm giảm trải nghiệm.

• Đối tác sự kiện/Workshop: chỉ trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp chương trình bạn đăng ký.
• Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền: khi pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc để bảo vệ người dùng/quyền lợi hợp pháp.
  Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

6) Thời gian lưu trữ

• Dữ liệu tài khoản: lưu trong thời gian tài khoản hoạt động và tối đa 24 tháng sau lần hoạt động cuối hoặc sau yêu cầu xóa (trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu lâu hơn).
• Nội dung cộng đồng: có thể được giữ để bảo toàn mạch thảo luận; theo yêu cầu xóa, chúng tôi sẽ ẩn/ẩn danh trong khả năng kỹ thuật.
• Hồ sơ giao dịch/thuế (nếu có): lưu theo quy định kế toán/pháp luật.
• Nhật ký & bản ghi bảo mật: thường 12 tháng.

7) Bảo mật

Áp dụng biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức: mã hóa khi truyền, kiểm soát truy cập, sao lưu, nguyên tắc phân quyền tối thiểu. Không phương pháp nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định.

8) Quyền của bạn

9) Trẻ em

Dịch vụ dành cho người dùng từ 13 tuổi trở lên (hoặc độ tuổi cao hơn theo quy định địa phương). Không chủ ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới độ tuổi này. Nếu phát hiện, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xử lý xóa.

10) Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Khi dữ liệu được xử lý ngoài lãnh thổ, chúng tôi áp dụng các cơ chế bảo vệ phù hợp (điều khoản hợp đồng tiêu chuẩn hoặc biện pháp tương đương).

11) Tiếp nhận & Giải quyết Khiếu nại

Nếu bạn nghi ngờ dữ liệu bị tiết lộ cho bên thứ ba trái phép hoặc bị lạm dụng, vui lòng liên hệ. Chúng tôi sẽ xác minh, điều tra và phản hồi hướng xử lý trong 15 ngày.

12) Thay đổi Chính sách

Chính sách có thể được cập nhật định kỳ. Phiên bản mới có hiệu lực khi đăng tải trên Trang Web. Tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ đồng nghĩa bạn chấp thuận bản cập nhật.

13) Hiệu lực

• Profile & Community: avatar, bios, posts, comments, reactions, uploaded files.
• Transactions (if any): order info, invoice details, limited payment metadata from payment partners (we do not store full card data).
• Support & Communications: messages sent to helpdesk, survey responses.
• Device & Usage: IP, browser/OS, cookies, referral URLs, session logs, device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP.
• Workshop/Course Data: registration lists, attendance, test/assignment submissions where applicable.

• Logs & security records: typically 12 months.
